Family License - Products purchased with this license are for Single Family Use Only.  This is for the person indicated as the user by the email address provided as the user.  No copies may be made either in print or electronic.  Forwarding a file to another email address is considered making an electronic copy and is therefore in violation of the Copywrite Law.

Teacher License - Products purchased with this license are for Single Teacher Use Only.  This is for the person indicated as the user by the email address provided as the user.  No copies may be made either in print or electronic.  Forwarding a file to another email address is considered making an electronic copy and is therefore in violation of the Copywrite Law.  The teacher with permissions to use the product may use it to teach as many classes and students as he or she likes - there is no expiration on the product.  The school(s) at which the curriculm is taught does not retain any ownership over the product and copies may not be made for schools, co-ops, children, parents or other teachers.

Schools and Co-ops - Products purchased with this license are for Single School Use Only.  This is for the school indicated as the user by the email address provided as the user.  No copies may be made either in print or electronic.  Forwarding a file to another email address outside the licensed school is considered making an electronic copy and is therefore in violation of the Copywrite Law.  The school with permissions to use this product may use it to provide education for as many classes and students as they like - within that school.  There is no expiration on the product.  The teacher does not retain ownership of the product and may not keep any copies or make copies for parents or students.  The files, either in print or electronic, remain the property of the purchasing school.  

Charter Schools - If you are purchasing on the behalf of a single family, please purchase under the Single Family License and indicate the user's name and email address.
